Project requests

Submitting a brief requests studio review; it does not guarantee acceptance or create a final contract. Scope, timing, price, deliverables, and revision limits are confirmed before work begins.

Payments

The required deposit must be received before production begins. Any remaining balance must be paid before final downloadable files or transfer materials are released, unless written terms state otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that you have permission to provide all text, images, logos, files, accounts, and other materials submitted for the project. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, legal notices, prices, inventory, and final approvals.

Revisions and changes

Included revisions follow the confirmed package. New pages, new directions, expanded features, delayed content, or platform limitations may require a revised quote or schedule.

AI-assisted work

AI may assist research, drafting, analysis, or production. Work remains subject to human direction and quality review. Results, traffic, rankings, revenue, and sales cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery and domains

Clients are responsible for ongoing hosting, platform subscriptions, domain renewals, third-party applications, and credentials unless the written scope says otherwise. Setup guidance may accompany applicable deliverables.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Indirect, consequential, or third-party platform losses are excluded.
